Public ghU Spring 2023
Raised awareness about fentanyl poisoning, provided free testing strips and naloxone, and offered a training through End Overdose at CU Boulder.
Public ghU Spring 2022
Raised awareness about the pollution arising from the Suncor Oil Refinery and specifically drew attention to the resulting health disparities in the Commerce City community.
One Home One Toilet
Students collected data for Himalayan Healthcare about the impacts of the One Home One Toilet project in the Ruby Valley in Nepal aimed at decreasing open defecation through community built toilets.
Nutrition Projects
Students collected data about the impacts of educational nutrition projects through Himalayan Healthcare, specifically the health impacts of teaching young women how to grow a wider variety of nutritional foods.
